• Profile & employment: mobile number, department, designation, joining date, documents you upload
• HR data: attendance, leave requests, tasks, and related workplace records
• Device & usage: app login times, IP address, and technical logs for security

• To provide HRMS features (attendance, leave, payroll-related data, notifications)
• To authenticate users and keep accounts secure
• To comply with employer HR policies and applicable law
• To improve app reliability and support

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with your employer (Alphawizz HR/admin), service providers hosting the app, or authorities when required by law.

5. Data Retention

Employment records may be retained as required by company policy and law even after account deactivation. When you delete your account, login access is removed and your employee profile is deactivated in the system.
